Website designer needed

    Hi,

    I need an experienced designer for quick fixes, layout proposals and complete web designs.

    I work for another web development company as a freelancer and design is not really my specialty, my clients are on a strict budget so it would be great if your rates are low - but tasks will arrive more often. This would be great for those building up their portfolio.

    Please pm me your rates:
    - web design
    - header/footer layouts
    - logo creations
    - hourly rate on quick fixes (image edits, layout adjustments and proposals)
