I belive i can do this for you...i have set-up 5 hosting system since 2005, one of which has been in operation since..their link is premier-hosting.info I charged them $50 for their whole site, the only aspect that you have to contribute is the plan information and the relevant content. I can handle all the design, coding, sql and the like. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to do it for $50 as mentioned above. If your interested, we can chat about the specific needs and come up with some of the goals and then conclude the best way to approach the graphic design. Having the sales pitch in mind is what we design around. It can look awesome and have all the bells and whistles but if it's not converting, it's useless.
