Hi, Ive not done one of these before so im a little nervous as i dont want to waste peoples time but at the same time i can be quite fussy. Im after a web template for a Mortgage Advice firm... that doesnt mean i want houses plastered all over it, i want it to be a professional looking site. I do not really have a budget in place as such, i will be discussing with the client once we have some mock ups but i would think $50 would be a ball park figure. Hi Maniacal - Thats quite nice. A couple of things... Im not a huge fan of the buttons at the top - i tend to prefer links. The site does need to look professional. But overall it is quite nice.
