You can use whatever you want- PHP, HTML, or even base it off, say, Joomla and create your own unique template. 2. I want to see a live demo of the finished thing. 3. Should be cross-browser compatible. 4. Should be stylish and unique. Remember I am an Urban (Rap, Hip-Hop, UK Grime etc) Record Label. 5. You can take influence from exisiting sites like www.universalmusic.com or www.Interscope.com 6. I dont have any colour specifications or anything as the only limit should be your imagination. 7. YOU ARE DESIGNING THE DESIGN ONLY AND NOT ANY CONTENT OR PAGES ETC. Payment will be through PayPal or Western Union, and YOU WILL SET A PRICE FOR THE FINISHED ITEM. Reasonable suggestions only.
