Website Design required-Extreme Sports clothing company

We are looking for a company or individual to create an ecommerce site for our company www.kamikazekitesurfing.com

It will need to be 5-6 pages and will have some flash on the homepage.
We need a raw urban look and would like the main television feature and music selector similar to the website below.

Payments will be processed using payal initially and then will require credit card payment facility.
The website will need to be grapical and colourful and have a similar style to the link above.

Please let us know the estimated project timescale. Our budget for this is $2000 for the complete site up and trading.
Creators must have a viewable portfolio.
