I have a project I need designing services for, if you are interested continue reading Website: http://www.consolespot.net We are looking for a Graphics Designer who can redesign our current website. We already have the logo, menu, and basic framework of the new site designed, so most of the creative work is already complete. There are many pages we need you to design, placement of putting everything together and making it flow would be key. We also have expectations we need you to follow and require that you have excellent design skills and at least 2 years experience and background in designing websites and icons. We require that you are skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and you must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Who are we: ConsoleSpot.net is a gaming website that offers news, themes, downloads, and reviews for your games and consoles. We offer daily coverage of topics surrounding the gaming industry and a friendly community atmosphere. What you are required to do: 1. Front page + News Articles 2. Download Articles 3. Game Articles (includes Game Overview, Videos, Cheats, Reviews, Screenshot Gallery, Screenshot Viewer) 4. Wallpaper Articles 5. Tutorial Articles 6. vBulletin Forum Design (Includes forum index, thread list, and post details, which lays out the entire structure and every design element involving the message boards - includes post icons, category icons, etc.) 7. User Profiles 8. Icons (consoles, comment, posted by, author, among other icons related to the specific design) 9. Other small pieces * note that more information on each of these sections will be given to the designer we hire, and most of these pages are connected, meaning a design of one page can work for another page (eg. Download Articles and News articles are closely related). As stated above, the logo, menu, and basic framework of the new site is designed, so most of the creative work is already complete of which you will recieve a PSD. Expectations: The appearance of any website is one of the most important aspects that leads it to success. We need someone that will work closely with us to assemble a design that fits the exact needs of our website. We need you to create a general branding scheme that includes fonts, color themes, image styles, and other common pieces. The end result should be a completely custom website design that is recognizable, eye pleasing, and easy to use. We would need you to understand the importance of usability and accessibility. We also require that you have instant messaging (preferably MSN) where we can talk about the design and we can receive updates from you on a daily basis. We will require a vBulletin forum design. The default skins that come with the forums never match the style of any website. We need to to design us a skin for our vBulletin forums so that it can seamlessly blend in with our website’s style, giving a welcoming vibe to the members. Requirements: Communication: We require that you have a phone number where we can reach you and MSN to communicate with you. You must be able to meet our deadlines, so we would need updates daily on the progress of the project. Payments: Payments would be sent through PayPal. We require that you show us your design skills by giving us samples, and a link to your portfolio. If you are accepted to design the project, we will pay 50% first and 50% after the work is complete. You will send us the PSD files when the work is complete. Please PM me with a link to your portfolio, a possible quote for the project (we can negotiate a price), and your location (for time zone). Thanks again to everyone who messaged me. Out of the many people that messaged me, so far, there have been 2 designers I've been interested in who have quality work I'm seeking. I'm thinking of officially selecting a designer for this project tomorrow night, so if anyone else has done quality design work, you can PM your portfolio along with the information I require for the project and I will consider it.
