    Can you make a WP theme that will look like this site: http://basstrackerboats.net? I own that site so it's not a "rip" of someone's work.

    I will need a new banner for it as I am in the process of setting up a subscription service for clients in the article marketing arena but I want the colors and layout as pictured.
