Buying website design + logo + banner

    hi everybody,
    in order to expand my network of travel websites, i am looking for a designer who could help me with the following :
    * design + code simple 1-2 pages website (including header)
    * logo
    * 468*60 banner

    basically i'm going to use it for travel affiliates.
    the theme should be something tropical as the name of the website will be Paradisemauritius.net

    budget : $$
    payment by paypal

    Please send me a example/portfolio before you start working on it

    i've received quite a lot of PMs.
    due to professional reasons, i have to go on a cruise in a couple of hours and will be back on Sunday.
    Unfortunately we do not have an efficient internet connection onboard so i will not be able to communicate with everybody till then.
