IF you want to learn web-designing and html then you-tube is the best site through you can learn html and web designing very easily with the help of good tutorials. Email.biz
I was learning html years ago by create a new file in dreamweaver and then add a 'Hello World' text and add some colors. (This is because my english is so poor, I can't read and just type something on the editor. I read something and mostly I have to open my dictionary to understand what the sentences mean.. ) On each step I check the syntax, what syntax to use to have a new paragraph, what syntax use for coloring text, background, etc. This is same process when learning CSS.. But some people prefer read some books to learn html and css.. No matter how you learn, one thing I am sure is : Errors make you become an expert.. Updated: I just check codeacademy.com (as suggested by someone above), it's a good source, step by step learning online..

If you would like study HTML, you can carry the on the net program or follow this tutorial to learn HTML >> http: //webdesign. regarding. com/od/xhtml/u/htmlcssxml.htm
I register with Codecademy.com and try to follow their tutorial online.. It's very helpfull, specially if you are a true beginner. For beginner who want to create a site, this site is good.. But for more advance tutorial like shadowing text, fade in-out text which is CSS3, you have to find it on other source. They also provide Jquery, PHP, Ruby, Phyton and Javascript. Too bad they don't probide Java, because I want to learn Java for Blackberry (not for mastering, but just want to know how BB program created). I am not their affiliate or author or contributor, just a member and found their services is good..
