    I can design web templates for any kind of website (no adult sites please). I will revise my work as much as is needed to reach your specifications. If you need the website coded, I can code, but I will most likely refuse as it is quite time consuming, and I am already busy with school.

    My template designs range from $30 for the simplest designs to $150 for more complex designs.

    I also design graphics, banners, and logos from $14.

    nonetheless, I would recommend you to show it. otherwise you will get problems
    with having enough interested members if your pm account hasnt been overflooded yet, of course :)

    Very few people will use you without a portfolio. If by small you mean "0" offer a few free designs and then you have a portfolio.

    I'd be a willing candidate. :D
