Buying Website Design (for content/authority site)

    I need a a webpage designed for a content site I'm going to building in the investment niche. (The site will be monetized through Adsense and affiliate links.)

    I think all I'll need is a single page. I can take it from there. I'd prefer the page to be designed with xhtml/css.
