    I need a new design for www.myphotoo.com including a good logo. The winner must be able to cut it and do the css (I will pay extra for this)

    You'll have to raise your price much higher to get all that done. And a lot of designers here do not know how to code.

    Do you want the same layout, just an updated design that looks a little more professional? Or is the layout going to be changing? In other words, what exactly do you want different?
