i also have really crap site setup

i want 3-4 pages designed around the nokia n95 including a basic logo and header graphic

all pages should be SEO optimised for N95 Nokia Mobile Phone

all pages to contain 3 x google adsense sections

must be space for affiliate links and offers sections

1 front page
2 should be a template for video and pic content.
3 should be template for adding additional content pages. ie articles etc

must have menu area where i can add additional links easily.

If what you meant to say is $100.00 for the .PSD template and then for you to use that program, then yes. $100.00 per .PSD template. Nothing more, nothing less.
