    Hello we are looking to get a redesign of our affiliate network as we are having some copyright issues we do like the current theme but resimbles to much of another site.
    we are looking for a new homepage containing simular things that are listed on the page now below are some sites that we like the way they look like. Code will need to be in Html!

    Oh, the title really distracted me; 400$ is a pretty nice amount compared to other contest prizes here on DP. But why is he banned?

    I would suspect it's because his previous 2 contests were not completed. He instead just kept stringing the designers along without choosing a winner when he had some excellent entries. And when asked about them, he just ignored us.
