I have a Blog sarkarijob.co.cc.On 9th of April it has 2200 visitors ,on 10th April it has 2900 visitors. On 11 April it has 4400 visitors.

What i have done in those 3 days is to pick hot topics from Google Trends and published them on my blog. When i see i m getting good traffic i post same topics that contains Duplicated content.

On the morning of 12th April i got message in my Google Webmaster tools Saying that

"Pages on your site may not appear in Google search results pages due to violations of the Google webmaster guidelines. Please review our webmaster guidelines and modify your site so that it meets those guidelines. Once your site meets our guidelines, you can request reconsideration and we'll evaluate your site."

My question is what should i do now

How much time it will take to get me in Search results.Yesterday i have 4300 visitors(3700 from Google) and today there is no vistor from Google Plz post some honest Advice

    Thanks in Advance

This happens to the best of us, and attitude is key. You must not lose faith or sight of your goals.

Review your site and the Google Webmaster guidelines. Ensure that you comply with the guidelines. Google is slamming down sites that have duplicate content. When you published the articles from Google Trends, did you re-word them or spin them so that they do not appear as the same article? If you didn't, then that could be the reason why Google de-indexed your site. If you want the articles on Google Trend, then you can create your own summary of the article, post it on your website with a link to the original article.

I can't give you any definite time on how long your site will be out of Google's search pages. It all depends on how quick you act.

    I hope this helps.

I have been publishing other people contents on my autoblogs for 3 years now and they never remove my site from their search results. This is the first time I heard this. I suggest you to post your thread on Google support forum http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters?hl=en. You have chance to get a staff to reply you.

google likes unique content so first remove duplicate content from your web site then request reconsideration request to google.

Google have a new policy about Black SEO and specially AutoBlogs.
Do not spam contents and try to make them kind of unique.

    Best regards.

I think you should not copy any other content from other source and now you should wait a couple day then google is take time to index your site. You should also generate more back link right now and hopefully you problem will solve. Happy ending.

By the sounds of things you've been penalised for duplicate content. Re-write your pages with unique content, and see what happens.
