Website with customer login Customer get access to their own page(s) Page displays customer name Page lists orders in 2 categories: 1 – Orders in progress 2 – Orders completed 3 – Enter new order - Facility for customer to enter an order via form-fill (details to be defined yet) and upload up to 3 documents Orders in progress lists each order when this option is selected Order defined with 5 fields; order number; date field (date submitted); 30 char text field (name); 50 char field (report type); status of that order (100 char text field that can be only changed by admin); date field for estimated completion date. Sizing – a customer may have up to 200 reports in progress Orders completed Lists 3 fields: order number, 30 char name field, date completed field Also has a link to the completed report for download or printing. Sizing – a customer may have up to 400 reports listed Admin To have password to over-write any fields Can upload completed reports to client account Can purge / delete all completed reports after xx (admin to specify) days past completed date.

To clarify The purpose of the site is to provide a facility for customers to create an account, then to upload documents (orders); for the client to then update progress status on those orders; and then finally for the client to add the competed order (a document) into the customer's account. The customer is likely to have an ongoing relationship with the client, uplolading new orders as they come in. Hope this makes it clearer for everyone as to what is needed.
