Website creation

    Need someone to make a banner and website...

    already have template... all thats left is linking and smoothing out...

    which i can't do

    time constraints

    there is flash inside but editing that is not required!

    it is a monster template if that is any consolation

    i will pay 15 USD for this pm me for more details

    I think he only wants it put onto his website and working smoothly? Am i correct. Or do you want a whole website created? If so, i'm VERY surprised why those people would do for $15.
