Buying Website concept design

    I am looking to purchase a design for my new website. I don't need it coded or anything, just an image.

    I need someone who is creative, artistic, and has good design skills.

    I have a couple ideas of what i'd like.

    If you can do this at a reasonable rate, please PM me with some samples as well.
