Be careful with sites like scriptlance and elance. I've wasted a lot of time and money hiring people that turned out NOT to be able to complete the task at hand. It helps if you know a little about the technology of the stuff you want to get done. Don't blindly trust that people can do your project just cause they claim they can. Good luck!
