Hello Guys, Wassup ? there is question bumping my head, is website cloning legal ? if yes , why ? if no , what if some one clone the design of the website , changed the color , and all the content ? means he clones "the parts cutting of the website" regards.
Website cloning is in most cases not legal. It would depend on how much of the site he changes I guess, if he is not using any exact piece of your website I guess it would be legal, however this post should be posted in the legal or copyright section, not in the html forum
"all Div" positions are the same and title of the boxes are the same.. Contents is totally different but same niche. colors layout he changed it from: orange to yellow for example. legal or not legal ?
I would say not legal, but then again I am not a legal expert. Try contacting his web host, you can usually use whois to figure it out and look at the nameservers for example. The web host might be able to shut him down because he is using copyrighted material illegally.
I wouldn't necessary say it is illegal, more its immoral. The problem with small sites is that no webhost or court will even bother looking at the issue.
