    I would suggest you go to a freelancer site such as getafreelancer.com. They offer many coders who do this sort of project daily. In general, costs for cloning a website range from $500 to $3000 based on the complexity of the website. Based on the site that you want cloned, it would be safe to assume it will be higher up in the costs (>$1500).
