Getting a new site to the 1st page of Google can take months and often cost $$$'s. Babyrockers.net is not only on the 1st page of Google, its no 1 for its main keyword (depending on your location) and receiving traffic and revenue - great SE position - great earning potential​

Baby Rockers
Good search volume for main keyword and decent CPC on adsense. Decent Amazon product but would be even better with a baby retailer affiliate program (or a baby products dropshipper)

Isn’t monetized very well, but has made one sale from Amazon (about $5) and a little bit of adsense revenue (haven't tracked channel so can't give exact figures)

I think it could be monetized much better (this is not something I am very good at) and with better affiliate programs or a dropshipper to take advantage of the search engine position and people actively looking to buy a baby rocker.

Potential
This site could be really profitable in the right hands as all your visitors are actively looking to buy a baby rocker - some of them sell for $150+. Site has a great search engine position with great potential.

This site is in a great niche, with really high CPC (up to $4) and great search volume (over 90,000 searches p/month).
