I see countless threads in the "Sites" sub-section where no bids are made at all. I also see other threads where the starting bid is low $xxx's and there are many interested prospects who want to get the site. Obviously, some websites are worth more than others, depending on its income, amount of visitors, niche, etc etc. You, as a website buyer, have certain things to look for when shopping. Personally, what is it that sorts out that "I need this site" versus "This is garbage" in your mind? I think it'd be interesting to hear both sides of the stories is sellers and buyers alike join the thread
The main thing i look for when buying site is the average monthly earning for last 23 month. Second is the daily traffic.
