If you have a hosting provider (like Hostgator), most have a link within the control panel where you click what site you want to use - like Wordpress - and it automatically installs on your server. The only thing you need to do is login and edit your site. If you have an email provider like Yahoo and know how to use it, then Wordpress will be just as easy. But, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, Wordpress is the easiest and I recommend it!

It's not really a question of which CMS Is best, but which CMS Is best for your purposes. Before you grab one and get to work, draw up a reasonable plan for your site/business. Include what you want from the site, what it will be doing, what function it will need and how you want to accomplish that. Look at security requirements, as well as the number of people that you can reasonably expect out of the gate and in the long term. Also look at who will be updating it and what their skill level is. In some cases --in fact in many cases, Wordpress will be your best option. It is usually so with me but in some cases it has not been. One time you'll need WP for helping a user who is not overly technical. another time you'll need Joomla or Symfony or some other CMS. Every site and every business has different requirements. Wordpress is robust and can be even more so, with the functionalities extended by the use of plugins and add ons, but in some cases it's not the best choice. Many things play into which CMS is your best option. Examine them all and then make a well informed choice based on what will be best for your purposes.

I am using mostly Wordpress along with Headway framework. It's as drag and drop as many website builders and it can be deeply costumized without any HTML or CSS code needed. You can make any website you want from a blank canvas.
