As some of you may know, probably half of my posts here on DP are in the marketplace forums. I constantly buy and sell sites, and am very good at it. Here are a few examples:

    RapAvenue.com
    Purchased at: $200
    Sold at: $1500
    Turnaround time: 2 weeks

    EWebProz.com
    Cost to Make: <$200
    Sold at: $2100
    Turnaround time: 2.5 months

    SiteFight.com
    Purchased at: $800
    Sold at: $2000 + fees
    Turnaround time: 1 week

I am willing to sell your website for you at great prices! This means that you will not have to worry about listing fees, listing content, transferring files, or communication issues.

This is how it works. Depending on how much your site sells for, I will take a percentage fee from the sold price as a 'broker fee' according to the following:

    Sells for: $300-$500
    Percentage fee: 25%

    Sells for: $501-$800
    Percentage fee: 22%

    Sells for: $801-$1000
    Percentage fee: 17%

    Sells for: $1001-$1500
    Percentage fee: 12%

    Sells for: $1501+
    Percentage fee: 10%

For example, if I sold your website for $800, I will take a $176 broker fee, leaving you with $624. All listing fees and other fees will be completely covered by me (although paypal fees for the $624 will be paid by you).

If you are interested, please PM me with your website URL, and a complete description of the site. Please include traffic and revenue details. If you are accepted, I will require admin access (yes, before the auction), and also revenue and traffic screen shots.

    Thank you,
    Donny

A reserve is optional, and can be set by the site owner :).

Sure thing - but do you offer a policy that means if the site doesn't sell, then the owner gets money back?

I do not get paid until the sale is complete :). There is absolutely no risk involved.

When PMing me your site information, please be sure to include any revenue or traffic details so it will be easier for me to evaluate it.

I have a few interested contacts. Still looking for more. Please contact me only if you know your website is worth more than at least $300 ;).
