Buying Website Broker for Niche Sites

Hi DP,

I am looking for a website broker to help me sell some of my niche sites. I am good at developing them and getting them to rank but not at the sales part. Flippa is very frustrating for me and I don't have any personal contacts for site buyers.

I am willing to pay a base commission to the broker, or something else can be arranged. I need you to have experience selling sites earning between $xx and $xxx per month for around 10-16/months revenue. If I cant get at least 10 months revenue I would rather keep the site.
