website authority and ranking

    I was researching SEO and websites that rank higher on Google for my keywords. and found an interesting concept

    all websites that rank higher than my website have higher authority, mien is 69/100 and all the 11 websites that rank higher than mien are 71/100 to 89/100. even when there are websites that have PR 2

    some of these websites also have less backlinks but they have bought backlinks from very high authority sites. like directory feature listing that cost 299$ and more.

    some others have much more backlinks but with few domains like blogroll

    how could any one get high authority backlinks without spending thousands of dollars????

    Yes you are right authority sites are more valuable then simple domain.And if you get links for that sites it will rally boost your SERP.
