Website Appraisal

    Hello,

    I am looking for a good website appraisal company to appraise some sites which I am planning to buy.

    Could you guys recommend me any website appraisal company? It would be good if you can also mention your experience with them.

    Also, what factors do you guys consider while buying/selling an online venture/site/business ?

    just ask for appraisals on this forum itself
    there are plenty of gurus loafing around here *in a good sense*
    they'd be glad to help you

    - Monthly revenue
    - Where the revenue is coming from
    - If there are any permanent links sold in your site
    - Age of site
    - # of pages

    Yea, my suggestion would be to ask people here, and if you think they might be off, then go for paying someone.
    Here its free and most of them know what they are talking about

    Yes I agree just ask the people on here. I'm pretty good and try to head over to the appraisal sections every once in awhile and appraise a bit :)
