Website Appraisal Please

    I'm just trying to see what you think Poker-Place.us would be worth. It has been online for about 3 months now. It is PR5 and averaging around 20 uniques a day. Yes, there are a few other sites out there like it, but not many. The game on the site has a built in banner system, so if another webmaster uses the code to put it on their site, the banner system follows with it. Three other sites currently have the game on their site to my knowledge:

    strictlynascar.com
    pokerresults.net
    galaxycasinos.com

    Please let me know what you think I could sell the site for.

    Current revenue is $0. I have never put adsense or sold any links on the site.

    How old is the website? Did you develop the game on the site or is it open source?

    I'm 99% sure the guy I bought the site from developed it. He sold a few other sites like it, but not many.
