Selling Website and Unique Digital Product, full author rights included- 7 years AGED domain 2010

I just registered an offline business and I'm looking to liquidate some digital assets to make more time and capital for my offline business.

This site is not currently monetized. I ran a successful WSO with it years ago, and sold a few copies of the ebook here on DP, once created a beta membership site for it but never finished.

This site currently takes 0 time to run, but put a little bit of time into it and you could be making some good recurring revenue.


It is a low cost digital product that hasn't been updated for years. A good update and conversion for latest venues like Kindle, Amazon, etc would yield great results.

It gets an average of 500 unique visitors per month and it is currently on a climb with over 400 unique visitors this month in a week.

What is the revenue for past 6 months?

 

There is no revenue. There is no monetization of any kind. You could put the ebook for sale on the site and get sales right away but I would recommend updating it and the site first.
