Website / AdSense transfer to another user question

Hi,

I am selling my website to my cousin who lives in another country. He doesn't have an adsense account.

How can he get an account? Should he apply via some other site first and then use it on my site that he is buying?

Just trying to understand the process so either of us don't get banned from AdSense.

You can sell it, but just have him make his own account.. Shouldnt get banned unless you both are doing crazy things.
But you cant transfer your account to him..

 

there is no reason to be banned,tell your friend to open his own account and use it on the site

 

You cant transfer your adsense account. Remove the adsense and ask him to apply adsense with the website
