I started my first one a little over 3 months ago and I just bought another domain today. I think I like the challenge of both designing and trying to attract viewers. I'm sure after a while the designing aspect can be done a lot faster than what I'm capable of at the moment. Can owning and making websites become an addiction? At least it has the potential to be a profitable one, which I haven't mastered yet, lol.
i made myself a personal website when i was about 12, and ive been addicted ever since, now owning a website design company and made hundreds of sites ever since. An i still enjoy it as much as i did when i first started.
If you make money form the website there is nothing wrong with that if not then its bad habit i think.
Awe, same story applies to me !! I miss those old days where I use to try to perfect my childhood fan site lol
I started with a site for my friends before many years and the site was getting bigger and bigger after a tv show referred to it. Those days the only thought was my site and how i can keep my visitors happy. Now i am lost in SEO and Affiliates searching and not in content creation. I miss those days... and certainly website creation is an addiction the old or the new way.
i make a lot of sites and i make a lot of money from those also, making website is not my addiction but then working on them from the seo point of view is sure a strong addiction! anyways, it's a nice hobby or pasttime, which earns you lots of money also!
Yep i know what you are talking about Well i still enjoye doing websites and other stuff now is bether as it's pays the bills
There can be an AdSense addiction, for sure. I know webmasters checking AdSense every hour, which is pretty sad, since it won't attract more clicks anyway
