    I'm selling old and high authority website about Fashion and Designers. The website has 3 years history, Google PR1, Domain Authority 15 and Page Authority 25. The website has unique content, strong backlinks and more than 900 indexes pages in google.

    The monetarization of the website is about 10 USD/month comming from link sales and blogposts sales. Currently there are a few sales of the website, as I also use it for referrals and gain about 3-4 USD/month commisions. The website is approved for LinkWorth, TLA, LinkTub and Adbeans.

    The traffic is stable for the whole year and before. For the previous month it was 9,598 unique visits and 18,017 pageviews. About 5-10% from the traffic comes from search engines, according to awstats. I can install analytics if you are interested

    The traffic comes mostly from search engines. The traffic information which I published is from awstats, so other part of the traffic comes for refering sites, bots and etc.
    I installed analytics of the website a few days ago and it is gaining about 40-80 uv daily.
