Webshop in Dubai

Hi,

we are a little Inc., dealing in silk, located in Germany.

Now we are thinking about a webshop targeted for Dubai.
The german Chamber of Commerce is not realy helpfull and so we want to ask here for some hints and tips.

Knows everybody a good and trustworthy "man-in-the-middle"-Agency to register a domain there? (german-speaking prefered...)

A Domain Registrar?

 

Yes and No.
The local Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg/germany told us, we need a "agent", a citicen of Dubai, to register a domain and to sell stuff in Dubai.

 

i can help you out but i dont speak german.

 

You no need to register your biz at dubai coz your biz is online shop.
And for domain,you can just use .com extension.

but i think if you want to buy a .ae you have to give an address in dubai.. i could be wrong though

 

Domain names are not in a sense limited geographically that's why they are on WWW world wide web

so you can register a domain wherever you are in the world.

i don't see any problem.

 

In fact, some of the extensions are. but I am not sure about .ae
