Webserver Hacked by Phishing Scam. Multiple Websites affected. Need help to fix it.

Hi,

My webserver has been compromised and several of my websites had pages added with phishing software on.

My host has disabled all my websites and emails for the time being, but I still seem to have SSH Shell Access.

I am looking for an expert in Shell to review my log files and help me to resolve this issue.

That is why you keep backups. Restore an old backup, upgrade all website modules to fix security leaks, and your good to go.
