Webpage designed wanted

    I am looking for someone who can design me a webpage which will be used as a template for the rest of the website. The page has to be unique, i.e. your own design, non flash, and I would want a PHP and HTML version of this webpage.

    I'm not a web designer so the page would have to be opened up and viewed in Dreamweaver or Frontpage (sorry I know it's bad to use these applications!! - but needs must!)
