We're looking for something simple, unique and elegant. We're looking for ONE coded page of PHP/HTML mix along with a unique and attractive design. The coded page must be easily edited to fit our own text/content in the middle. Here is what we're looking for in detailed: - website is for a beauty pageant organization, colors must be elegant but not boring. - we want the main header to be able to fit our own flash banner, so we can decide to change it at our own time - we want the page to be .php so we can fit our own coding into there (I.E.
