    I need a good graphic designer that can create me a static webpage.

    I need homepage designed in PSD and also coded in HTML / CSS.
    I need turn around time to be 1-3 days.
    Please send me your rate? I need it to be competitive as I am in budget.

    Also how much do you charge inner pages?
