Buying webpage design for solar

    I need a custom-made design for a solar panel installation/sales website.

    it is only 1 page, and the designer should create a unique thing based on the text content. it is REQUIRED for the designer to read and understand the text content and create a corresponding design which will support the overall feel of the text content.

    It should be coded into HTML + CSS, and should be a responsive codding to show nicely on mobiles
