I am a big fan of having an obvious way to enlarge the text. These do rely on javascript, however. Maybe even a little explanation like "To change text size, access the 'fonts' setting in the 'View' drop menu at the top", or something.

I am not sure, but I understand many people do not know this, almost all average users - even business clients I have had.

That would also be an immediate example of the service you provide, and a very popular feature at that.

I also keep this in mind: 'people don't want to know about you, they want to know what they can get'. Asking questions: "Do you want your site to appeal to as many people as possible?", and/or "Many people will leave a website very quickly if they have any difficulty using it. Getting people to your site is one thing, we can help you keep them there", instead of 'we can do all this'. It changes the perspective from your point of view to theirs.

I am so terribley bad at copy LMAO, but I hope you get the idea. Instead of "We do this, this, and that" phrase it like "We help you acheive this, that, and the other". It presents a sense of teamwork, and of understanding their goals so they are less intimidated, and more confident you won't just take over and start dictating how to do things. That idea is very troubling to many - they already feel intimidated, so making them feel comfortable - that they will be part of the process - scores bonus points for you. They still have the option to say "You just do what you have to" if they want to.

As for your 'look', it is very clean and organized. I would still like to suggest making the links on the left hand side more apparently so, like using your color scheme for link colors (orange and blue on mousover or something) and have them underlined.
I believe folks really appreciate those underlins on links. I most assuredly do when I visit sites, think of what it means to the general user. They might not even know to mouse over text to see if it is a link.
Having colored links in your main content, even if very dark to the point of being almost still black, would help give a touch of color and contiuity to your page.

Finally, I think having a reference to 'see link on left' or even making these into links(from your first paragraph) - "Web Site Accessibility, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Usability Testing, Consulting, Design & Training company" helps people to find the information quickly and easily if they want to.

In the last little while, I have come to understand that making stuff as very simple and straightforward as possible is a great benefit to your visitors. Even I like very, very simple explanations and directions. In other words, try to imagine that your website is the first one they have ever seen, and know absolutely nothing.

These are just minor suggestions, webnauts. You have come a very long way and built a professional and succinct website, that is easy to understand what you are about right off. That is the most important!

Nice site. It is actually validates! Now that is impressive. The only things I would change are pretty minor. I would take out the backgrounds on the headings. They just don't look quite right. Also on your home page you have: "Web Site Accessibility, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Usability Testing, Consulting, Design & Training company" in bold, and later you have links in bold. it just is kinda confusing. Maybe make links a different colour and then the bold can stay.

    Just a thought.

    This statement:
I think many people, if not most, know the number of older people is growing and represents a larger percent of the population.

It is, in my opinion (humbly), a major selling point. A 30 percent market share has to make any businesses mouth water!

I would change it by not saying
"Statistics from several sources have shown that", just start with "More than 30 percent etc....". How about pointing out the number is also growing, maybe something like this: "More than 30 percent of the Web Public are older persons or people with various types of disabilities, and this number continues to grow. This represents a very large portion of market potential, and they are drawn to sites that understand their difficulties. showing you care enough to make their experiences equaly as rewarding and accessable would draw large number of faithful return visitors (and is good PR in the first place). Yet many businesses fail to do this!"

    Or something like that LOL.

I may of course be wrong, but I think a business would be 'chomping at the bit' for a chance at being favoured with at least 30 percent of the market, in addition to the normal amount they already get.

Your site is getting still easier and comfortable to use and understand, these are only suggestions by one who is not a marketter in any sense. Your site is already improved in the last week :O)

You define your purpose right away, and it is immediately clear what you offer. No guessing = more enjoyable visit!
