Thanks for your kind response. To your question: It is free and very usable. We are though tweaking/optimizing it for valid markup, better accessibility and search engine optimization. Maybe its also matter of taste?
Ah good I see you fixed the top links.. they were tiny yesterday in Firefox, like 5pt text. I find some of the buttons to be confusing.. especially if I were a first time forum browser. The mere labeling something with "Topic" or "Poll" does not tell the user what will happen if they click on it. If I were a new user, I might think -- will I be viewing a poll? Do I click there to see another topic? It is cool to go against convention and name your buttons differently, but I do think that in this case "Start a New Topic" or "Post a Poll" makes more sense... they have action and they say what will happen when they are clicked. The purple squares indicating new posts do not excite me. Your postbit is good and readable but perhaps some of the horizontal lines could be grey instead of full black. It is very "squared off" with boxes. I like the bottom and top arrows. That is all for now; hope that helps.
Thank you so much for you kind and honest review. Very interesting and professional feedback. Definetely we will look into those issues the next days, and see what we can do there to improve. In one sentence: YOU ARE RIGHT!
