WebMoney refund

    today i sent 250 $ to someone for a service
    then he said he didn't received the money (like all scammers)

    now is there anyway to get money back?

    you can open a dispute in paypal if you have paid by paypal

    No, you cant get money back, but you can put claim for his wmid.
