Well, they promise the traffic (I bought 1000 visits for under $5) will be delivered to you within 30 days. That spreads out the 1000 pretty thin for tracking purposes. I gave it a go last week and haven't seen a spike or anything. He does offer stats via email request so perhaps near the end of my month I'll do that and see what I can match against logs to determine if viable.
