    Thanks :)

Its still PR3, what tool or browser plugin are you using? Check its up-to-date as it could be getting incorrect data or using an incorrect source.

I'm somewhere in the $90-110 range because 1) 'densely' isn't exactly commonplace in business (but is in terms of geography); 2) I'd have to pay more for marketing individual articles instead of your domain because 'densely' isn't associated with tech by any stretch of the imagination; and 3) I'd have to work doubly hard on creating link diversity because 10-15% of your most recent links are from Copyblogger which makes your link to referring domain ratio 10:1 (which is partially why your Trust Flow is 14).

Google, yahoo was also not an imaginable word (not even a dictionary word). But now everybody knows them. Whereas Densely is dictionary word.
And regarding your offer: Sorry, I can't accept that. If I had to accept offers in that rang, I would have sold that months ago. You need to make a reasonable offer to grab this site.

That was due to marketing. 'Google' is that unimaginably high number, relevant to a search engine that has trillions of pages. 'Yahoo' is a word that could really go anywhere; marketing dollars and the right investor strategy won the hearts of internet users with that word. 'Densely' doesn't really mean anything more than population.

It's not about dictionary words, although it's a great sales pitch. People purchase sites based on many factors - marketing involved and amount that marketing would take being the most prevalent of those factors.

Besides, your backlink profile shows few intriguing links - again, many coming from Copyblogger. That's why your site is around $90-110

    That's your way of thinking.
and regarding copyblogger link, It's on the same niche as this, and also highly authoritative (Really high authority).

And finally: You previously made some offers in PM, and retracted that without any reason by saying I changed my mind, now my offer is the bid amount. You previously proved that you do-not have interest in this site (IF you can't remember go through this). So please don't waste my time as well as yours.

It's the truth. You're basically trying to unload your marketing problems onto someone else for far more than it's worth.

That's because I didn't do as much research as I did this time. Now I can clearly see what you're doing. So stop wasting OUR time listing your unmarketable garbage on DP - list it on Flippa or Craigslist. We're actually serious investors looking for an amicable deal with honest sellers of digital properties.

I previously declined your offer some days ago, now again declining your offer today. So why are you wasting your time in researching for a site which you will not be able to buy (As the seller has declined your offer).
And BTW: Everyone else except you understands who is wasting whose time.

Which is more than your offer (Which was declined before this bid).
Take a free advise: Invest your precious time in building back-links from CopyBlogger for your existing sites. In this way you will be benefited. Don't waste your time on sell thread of a "UNMARKETABLE GARBAGE"

Your links are from comments. And the links are inundating your link profile - not good when establishing link diversity, and definitely a factor when determining site worth - which, again, is in the $90-$110 range (especially since not all your content is original, or did you forget to disclose that to the current bidder?)

Lol...nice try. Knowing about servers and knowing about common sense marketing are two different things. You are just another foreigner trying to rip people off - and it's my job to prevent such deeds from transpiring.

You can post your 'damage control' rebuttals all you want - your site isn't worth more than I previously posted, your domain is useless, the content is spun garbage, and it took me time to realize this.

Bidders: Considered yourself forewarned by someone with 20.5 years of business experience and marketing knowledge - this site will cost you 5x your investment for upkeep, proper content curation and link building to even out an otherwise useless backlink profile...not a worthy buy.
