Webmasters needed for multiple websites!

I need a few webmasters to run some sites. For the time you work on the site, you'll receive 60% of the REVENUE.

Expected tasks

• Content creation (blog posting mainly)
• Link building
• Free advertising (forum posting, sig links, etc)
• Site building (improving the site, installing new plugins, etc)
• Other general webmaster activities

What Ill do:

• Use paid advertising techniques
• Provide the domain name and hosting
• Help on the site when possible

What you need (or must have):

• 15 hours per week minimum commitment
• Fluent in English grammar
• Your own computer with internet access
• Google adwords account preferred (though software will monitor rotations, so you can place non-obtrusive ad banners as well)
• Experience in running websites
• At least 18 years of age

I will make an initial investment of $100-$1000 in each of the sites to help get it off of the ground. Id like most of the sites built on wordpress, so experience with that is a plus.

I reserve the right to terminate employment at any time and the employee reserves the right to leave at any time as well. Once the employee is no longer an employee, their advertising spots will be removed.
