Webmasters.. How do you save your Eyes?

    I always take a break after 1 of hour continous work in front of my desktop or Laptop and relax my eyes for about 5-10 minutes (watching some greeneries outside my windows :D). Its necessary to protect our eyes.

    Too late for me. I got glasses last year.

    I've been doing eye exercises which are slowly making my vision a bit better.
    Focus on something close (like your hand), then on something as far away as you can (like a tree on the horizon)...repeat repeat repeat. I do it when I'm stopped at traffic lights.

    I fly RC planes, and it usually takes about half an hour for my eyes to adjust to focusing on distant objects if I've been nerding around on the pc all day.
