Im also looking for webmasters for http://load-me.com which can work with designing the site in a nice and easy to use way, which also is easy to update and change when needed, and one webmaster who can frequently add new material and take care of the site. The designer of the website will get paid a onetime fee for the job. The frequent webmaster will get paid from adding his own ads as he please on the website and keep all revenue from whatever ad system he uses - with exceptions of popups as that will be the only thing I will have there myself. Load-me.com will potentially have a great amount of traffic as the plan is to deliver videos, both entertaining and fun as well as adult ones and music videos, in addition to music in other forms such as audio/mp3/streaming/radio, various news articles, online games, software etc. The current ugly design has some adsense which the webmaster would be able to replace with his own ads, or put in other ways depending on the new design of the site either by the same webmaster or another webmaster who will only do the new design as a one time job and leave another webmaster for the updates and taking care of the site. If the same webdesigner decides to both design the site and be the regular webdesigner updating and taking care of things he will get paid the one time fee for the webdesign and keep 100% of all own ads revenue on the site as mentioned. Might have to get several webmasters to work with one section/category each when it comes to the frequent updates as it might be a bit much for one to do alone, but I'll see what offers I get in.
