    Thank you all. I have received messages from submitters that why they couldn't submit their links to the top categories? they asked. I think it would be unfair other other people who submitted to the subcategories so I decided to charge a small fee ($25 for 1 year) for anyone who'd like to submit links on the top categories. After 1 year, your link will be remained in the web directory until my last breath :)
