    Hello,

    I am selling it since i am in short of some money for my new project.

    This is one of my personally favorite site.It has content related to Expired domains,wordpress themes,SEO etc

    The site gets good amount of traffic and ranks 2nd in google for the keywords like youtube theme,wordpress youtube theme etc.

    The site was PR2.but dropped yesterday to PR0.But I am sure its just a temporary one...
