Age of site (months): 14 months

Google page rank: 5 - attained through a few link exchanges and the directory (for example http://www.chipmunk-scripts.com/ )

Avg Monthly revenue: $188.04 (link sale + adsense)

    Revenue details:
Text links (PR5) make up most of my revenue at around $186 a month on average. Included with the sale is a detailed spreadsheet which contains information on all text links I have sold (purchaser name, email, amount, etc)

Adsense was about $1.37 for two weeks worth. I will admit to not placing my adsense very well ;)

    Description:
Webmaster Resources is a website which provides articles pertaining to all aspects of webmastering. There are currently 59 different articles in 11 categories. A few of the articles are unique, however many are taken from many excellent free article sites (such as Article City).

The site is around 14 months old, and the traffic has been growing quite a bit since. My only requirement for the site is that the current text advertisers must receive their full term. I provide their emails/paypals/forum usernames so that you can contact them to renew when the expire.

See the following to view their end dates:

The site comes with a PR4 directory, which is managed with WSN Links. The articles are managed by Word Press. When you update the template, you do it through the theme editor for both Word Press and WSN Links. It is very simple and it took me all of 10 minutes to learn. I will provide assistance moving to your server or can keep you on mine with a $5/month hosting account.

    Starting Bid: $1,700

(~9 months revenue). Offers can be posted here, PMed, or emailed to . Has been posted in other forums so I will update the thread with the highest offer and try my best to provide proof :)

    BIN: $2,900 takes it.

Payment method can be discussed with buyer, we will agree on whatever we feel comfortable with.

    Is an auction?: Yes

its too hard to bid on auctions posted on 3-4 forums. consolidate the bids, put it on ebay or something if you are going to put it out everywhere.

Im sorry, however when one runs an auction on multiple forums it is nescesary to update the thread with the latest offers.

I see no reason why someone here would not care about it, as I was only asking for 9 months revenue. Please keep unconstructive comments about others' websites to yourself. Website was sold last night by the way, so thread could be closed if the mods desired.
